Jeffrey S. Hyle, CPA
Managing Member

Jeff has worked the majority of his career as a CPA with the firm. After more than 25 years of accounting experience, he began managing the firm in 2017 and continues to provide the high quality of service the firm is well known for. Jeff was born and raised in Lititz. Currently he resides in Lancaster with his wife and daughter. He is a graduate of Warwick High School and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

Additionally, Jeff is a member of both the Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

Brian Ferrara, CPA
Tax Manager

Brian joined the firm in October 2017 after working for a regional public accounting firm in Central Pennsylvania. He has over 10 years of accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry. Brian graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Business and Economics, and also holds a Certificate in Accountancy from Villanova University. Originally from the Philadelphia region, Brian currently resides in Quarryville, PA with his wife and three sons.

Jean Markow
Senior Accountant

Jean is the daughter of James Rottmund, the founder of our company. After studying at Mount Aloysius Junior College, she took a job at another company, but soon after came to work for her father. She has over 30 years of accounting experience and enjoys helping clients with their QuickBooks and accounting questions.

Lori Smith
Senior Accountant

Lori is a dedicated team member who has been with the firm for over 30 years. Lori enjoys interacting with clients and coworkers.

Lois McDonald
Office Manager

Lois started with our firm in 1999, and fills many roles including scheduling, payroll, proofing, and processing financial statements and tax returns. Lois also serves as a notary public for our office and clients. She was born and raised in Lancaster County and has worked with the public for over 25 years. Lois currently resides in Holtwood with her husband and 2 dogs.

Kathleen Wright
Administrative Assistant

Kathleen has been serving as chief secretary for our firm since 2000. She plays a key role in supporting the accountants and serving all clients who call our office or walk in the door. Kathleen graduated from Solanco High School where she majored in business classes, and she has many years of experience in teamwork and serving others.

Diane F. Cheek, CPA
Senior Accountant & Consultant

Diane has been with the firm since 1971. She became a partner in 1980 and began running the company in 1999. In 2017, Diane began to transition into retirement. Currently she is primarily retired but available for meetings and consultations upon request.
