The firm and its predecessor was originally founded by James J. Rottmund, CPA in 1969. Jim focused the practice on providing clients with excellent professional service. After substantial growth, he partnered with a devoted long-time employee, Diane F. Cheek, CPA in 1980. Together they owned and managed the firm until Mr. Rottmund’s passing in 1999, at which time Diane continued the firm’s services under her leadership.

In January 2017, a long-time employee of the firm, Jeffrey S. Hyle, CPA, began managing as Diane started transitioning into retirement. Jeff continues to provide the high quality of service that the firm has carried on for 50 years.
